As I have mentioned earlier, I want to add some color to my house. hence I made a table cloth for the dining table and that in bright red and green. Have a look;

cooking technique week 1: Steaming; day6

today I made steamed paneer dumplings. vibrant colors in the plate 🙂 ids loved them… they tried to help me to make the balls but found it a little difficult… used all the techniques they know but as it was not dough they were unable to make balls. but that did not discouraged them to eat these lovely balls.

Seamed chocolate muffins…. loved by kids 🙂

cooking technique week 1: Steaming; day4

I tried steamed pumpkin custard and it turned out nice. it was tasty but as expected kids ate only the custard and left the pumpkin behind 🙂

cooking technique week 1: Steaming; day3

What else could it be! I made rice dal dhokla for the third day of steaming.

cooking technique week 1: Steaming; day2

I had to make them; as when I asked DH about the steaming challenge the first thing he said was cook momos. So here is my second day with steaming and I prepared momos.

My daughters love these and when they saw these they said; “mummy khane ke liye shukriya“. (Thanks for the food) Doremon effect 🙂
