cooking technique week 1: Steaming; day6

today I made steamed paneer dumplings. vibrant colors in the plate 🙂 ids loved them… they tried to help me to make the balls but found it a little difficult… used all the techniques they know but as it was not dough they were unable to make balls. but that did not discouraged them to eat these lovely balls.

    1. Thanks Kavi! You know how much one has to think before cooking something if some child is there… and I have two.:)
      I also enjoyed doing something new everyday. now I am thinking what should I take next. Maybe I’ll research for one week before taking another technique.
