I tried my hands on caramel custard, and as my earlier experiences with caramel ( for Indian desserts) has never been consistent, I was not sure how it will turn out.
And so becoming too carefull I did undercook the sugar! The result: the caramel turned out pale with no color.
But I am happy that I tried it and the custard was yummy.
