(I used cheese slices as I didn’t have other cheese)
cut the bread slices diagonally. put the slices over the cooking omelette, spread butter on the top.
cover and cook for a minute. and it is done 🙂
cut the wedges and serve.
Spinach Roulade with yogurt, I didn’t have the swiss roll tin so backed the mix in cake tin, and so the rolls are turned into the squares.
Recipe from Here substituted the fromage frais with hung curd.
And some picks from my garden this morning
So we had to leave house early.. I prepared everything and asked DH to just assemble and make sandwiches for the children and he wanting not to stand and making so asked kids to make their own sandwiches.
and kids joined in happily
making sure that she makes a tastier one for herself
cucumbers are always good
yummy! But I want tomatoes only!!
I have been pinning things on my pinterest boards for quite some time. so much inspiration there.. I was so much loving the Skinny Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Scones and decided to make them at last.
I followed all the instructions but still my results were so different then the pic shown in the recipe. this is what I got out of my oven
As is seen it is more like a cake but a scone, but still it was tasty and everyone loved it!
Today it is stuffed tomato, in same gravy ;-). I only knew the egg in tomato but the other day one of my friend shared this recipe and I thought why not!
Seamed chocolate muffins…. loved by kids 🙂
I tried steamed pumpkin custard and it turned out nice. it was tasty but as expected kids ate only the custard and left the pumpkin behind 🙂
Last week it was raining here almost every day. The rainy weather reminded me the winter mornings in our hometown. We used to eat early lunch and then go to school. So I thought to make early lunch and asked my husband for that. He loves the old day granny recipes as much as the new age recipes. So when I told him my idea he asked what’s cooking? I told that I want to make Cafli-Bhat and he approved my idea in seconds. But the problem was that for it i have to wash the greens and it might take a while to prepare the lunch and the babies can’t wait for that long. so I asked my husband to prepare pancakes for babies and himself. Initially he told he can’t do it but then got ready , so i told how to do and he did it. The good thing is that he was happy with the results and happily made all pancakes.
Pancakes are the simplest things to make . All you need is
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
salt or sugar to taste
Just mix all the ingredients to get batter of pouring consistency. You can adjust the amount of milk to get the batter. Pour two tablespoons of the batter in a hot non-stick pan, if you are using twa drop some drops of oil before pouring the batter. turn it when it looks set. Take out of heat when cooked on either sides. Serve with fruit jam or tea.
