Spinach Roulade with yogurt, Â I didn’t have the swiss roll tin so backed the mix in cake tin, and so the rolls are turned into the squares.
Recipe from Here substituted the fromage frais with hung curd.

I managed to have some greens from my planters the other day.
I know its not too much or even enough for preparing one serving, but it is my first yield, so I have to show off 😉
It is mix or Amaranth, Spinach and Mustard greens.
