Happiness

Sometimes the things you are most afraid of are the things that make you the happiest 🙂  gardening is one…

 

some things we did

we did dig the mud ….

we backed honey yoghurt muffins…

we made the pompom doll

we ate homemade doughnuts

we made a yarn wrapped vase

and we sang  “do you want to build a snowman? ” all day long!!  🙂

 

 

this morning

Spinach Roulade with yogurt,  I didn’t have the swiss roll tin so backed the mix in cake tin, and so the rolls are turned into the squares.

Recipe from Here  substituted the fromage frais with hung curd.

I am enjoying my balcony gardening … slowly I am learning and the learning is fruitful as well 🙂

from my garden

I managed to have some greens from my planters the other day.

I know its not too much or even enough for preparing one serving, but it is my first yield, so I have to show off 😉

It is mix or Amaranth, Spinach and Mustard greens.

this is what it turned out into

so tasty!!! now I am waiting for the next yield.
